Much like a lot of the substance I end up making, this all started with my wanted to make some grime drips in Designer.
I wanted to make a semi stylized material that could be used on large walls without any obvious tiling, and to make the basecolor have a lot of interest to it. I found that using a series of masks and a mosaic filter, I could get a really cool effect for both the roughness and basecolor that looks like it was painted by hand instead of created in Designer.
